Mobile Health Screenings
Mammograms, lung screenings, and pediatric care that come to your neighborhood.
Screenings That Come to You
Early detection works best when it’s easy to get to. That’s why we partner with Parkview, IU Health, and Ronald McDonald House Charities to bring screening units to libraries, churches, workplaces, and community centers around Kosciusko County.
Each unit has its own schedule and its own number to call. Pick the screening that fits you, find a date below, and the provider will take it from there. If cost or transportation is in the way, tell us. We’ll help.

Why We Bring Screenings to You
Transportation, time off work, and not knowing where to start keep too many of our neighbors from getting screened. Mobile units remove those barriers by showing up at places you already go, on days that work for working people. A screening that takes 15 minutes shouldn’t take a whole day to get to.
What Happens at a Stop
You’ll check in with a Live Well volunteer, fill out a short form, and be seen by the provider’s clinical staff inside the unit. Most visits take less than 20 minutes from start to finish. Results go to you and to the doctor you name, usually within two weeks. If anything needs follow-up, the provider contacts you directly and we can help with next steps.
