How We Work
Free or Low-Cost, by Design
Cost shouldn’t decide who gets a screening or learns to manage diabetes. Our programs are funded by grants, local foundations, and donors so they stay free or low-cost for residents. When a provider does bill, we help with assistance, gas cards, and finding coverage.
Where You'll Find Us
We Come to Where You Already Are
Libraries, churches, food pantries, workplaces, and schools host our programs so nobody has to drive across the county for a 15-minute screening or a cooking class. If your organization has a parking lot or a meeting room, you can host too.
Don't See What You Need? Ask Us.
Some of what we do doesn’t fit in a program box. Call phone or send a note and we’ll point you to the right place.
